Learn the 18 techniques used in prone position and the 45 techniques used in supine position.
Students also learn the 18 techniques used in Japanese hand massage.
Specific aspects of the training include instruction in three of the Tabuso pressure points of the feet and three of the Tabuso pressure points of the hand.

By the end of the course the student will have a clear understanding of the principles of the Anma Traditional Japanese techniques.
