Live Webinar Policies:
For Live Webinar Classes: Class requires a minimum of 6 students or we may reschedule your class. If it is necessary for us to cancel a class, you can chose to receive a refund in the same manner as your payment, or you may take a class credit. All credits must be used within 12 months.
Refund Policy: 100% refund is given if MTMB Institute cancel a live in person or live webinar workshop.
Registrants may cancel up to 10 days prior to the start of a live in person or live webinar class before class for a full refund or credit towards a future class.
If a student cancels less than to 9 days before a class for 50% refund will be given or credit towards a future class.
If a student cancels 24 hours or less before class, there will be no refund given or credit towards a future class.
If a student is a no show, there will be no refund or credit towards a future class.
Schedule Change: We will provide you with as much advance notice as possible. We do update our schedule many times a year, so in the event that we do not currently offer a class on a suitable date, please check back again soon.
Professional Conduct: While we like to keep a relaxed and casual atmosphere during our events, we do expect a modicum of professionalism towards the Instructor and Students. Please refrain from speech and behavior that is unbecoming of a true professional. Examples would be: Any derogatory remarks towards women, minorities and other disadvantaged groups; Sexual innuendo and other such distasteful dialog; Harassment or abuse; or Hate speech. This type of behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will be bumped from the Webinar, ZOOM will be notified, no refund will be issued and no credit will be given.

All credits must be used within 12 months.

If a student cancels less than 10 days before class a 50% refund will be given or credit towards a future class. If a student cancels 24 hours or less before class, there will be no refund given.
Class Locations: From time to time it is necessary to change a class location. We will provide you with as much advance notice as possible and the new location will almost always be very close to the location originally scheduled for the class to be held.
We do update our schedule many times a year, so in the event that we not currently offer a class in your area, please check back again soon. Is there a class that you would like to see that is not on our schedule? Feel free to let us know. If there is adequate demand we might just add it to our schedule.
