This is an 8 CEU Home Study course that consists of a downloadable and printable manual for you to study at your own pace. When you are ready, take the online test. Credit is given after passing the test with a score of 70 or higher. (More information on our Home Study Courses can be found here.)

Amna Japanese Foot and Hand Massage is based on Sokushindo, which is the oldest tradition of foot massage and reflexology in the Far East.

This course is available to complete beginners or Massage Therapists looking to offer an additional therapy to their clients.

  • Learn the 45 supine position techniques used in Japanese Foot Massage.

  • Learn the 18 prone position techniques used in Japanese Foot Massage.

  • Learn the 18 techniques used in Japanese Hand Massage.

  • Learn the 3 Tsubo Points of the hand.

  • Learn the 3 Tsubo Points of the feet.

This course would be of interest to Massage Therapists who want to spend more time on feet and hands, as well as reflexologists who would like to explore the Japanese connections of Western Reflexology.

By the end of the course, the student will have a clear understanding of the principles of Amna Traditional Japanese Massage Techniques.

Upon passing the Online Test, the student will be awarded 8 CEUs.

Reporting to CE Broker in Florida, Georgia and Wisconsin only. All other jurisdictions, students must self report to Governing Body.
