This is our Medical Massage of the Neck and Upper Torso, Webinar Based Training Course. It is a 6 CEU Webinar Based Training Course.
This Course is specifically designed to be extremely useful for continuing education training for both new and advanced massage therapists wanting to work within the medical community qualified to treat specific conditions with knowledge and confidence. Course instruction will include lecture, demonstration and extensive hands on practice.
This course will introduces addressing medical conditions, contraindications , musculoskeletal pain referral, the differences between sprain and strains, possible causes of traumatic sprain/strain injury and overuse/repetitive sprain/strain.
This course will go over Massage techniques used performing Medical Massages and how they are performed, and what effect they have.
This course will provide the student with a comprehensive knowledge of how to treat pain and disabling conditions of the upper extremities. Students will be qualified to work with physician referrals.
