Medical Massage for the Upper Extremities 12 CEU Live Webinar

This course will go over Medical Massage techniques using OMT, Strain/Counterstrain, Trigger Points, and what effect they have treating pain and disabling conditions of the upper extremities.

This course will introduce:

  • Addressing Medical Conditions

  • Contraindications

  • Musculoskeletal Pain Referral

  • Possible Causes of Traumatic Sprain/Strain Injury

  • Overuse/Repetitive Sprain/Strain

This course will provide the student with a comprehensive knowledge of how to treat pain and disabling conditions of the upper extremities. Students will be qualified to work with physician referrals.

  • What is Medical Massage

  • Massage Techniques

  • Bicep Tendonitis

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

  • De Quervain Tenosynovitis

  • Neck Strain

  • Rhomboid Strain

  • Rotator Cuff Strain

  • Stenosing Tenosynovitis (Trigger Finger/Trigger Thumb)

  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Webinar Only. 12 LIVE CEU credits via ZOOM Webinar. THERE IS NO TEST AFTER WEBINAR. Attendance is required for credit. After completion of the Webinar, you will receive your Webinar Completion Certificate within 48 hours. Reporting to CE Broker in Florida and Georgia only.
